| Description: | Sixty two photographs of the building. The photographs are arranged on the CD as a virtual walk starting with views of the East facade, back along the driveway to the two archways (to the road from Springfield direction), round the fencing to look at the 2 other sides of the building as far as they could get. They then went back to the car and drove out the other way towards Cults passing an old sun dial. The Goldsmiths were accompanied by Collessie artist, Marianna Lines. There is a photograph of her sketch and transcription of an inscription on a memorial to a favourite roe deer, dated 1812. |
