Board Members
Fife Cultural Trust is a Company Limited by Guarantee with the Council as its Sole Member and with charitable status.
The Trust is run by a Board of 10 Directors, 4 of whom are appointed by the Council. The organisation is headed up by a Chief Executive, Heather Stuart.
The Trust currently has vacancies for independent directors which will be progressed in the near future.

Zuleika Brett Zuleika has worked in the charity sector for over 20 years, and specialises in fundraising to help enable charities to achieve their missions. Her experience to date includes working for organisations such as V&A Dundee, Edinburgh International Festival, Royal Lyceum Theatre Edinburgh and Edinburgh Printmakers Workshop. Her background has given her a depth of knowledge working in a range of cultural organisations including producing theatres, museums and galleries, and securing funds to enable this work through corporate sponsorship, Trusts and private donors. Currently she works at the National Trust for Scotland, leading on Major Gifts in transformative development through philanthropy. |

Councillor Lesley Backhouse Scottish National Party; Burntisland, Kinghorn and Western Kirkcaldy FIFE COUNCIL APPOINTED FROM 14 JULY 2017 Prior to her election as a councillor, Lesley was a Forensic Accountant for the UK Government for 26 years and is currently a Registered Childminder. |

Councillor Jane Ann Liston Liberal Democrats; St Andrews FIFE COUNCIL APPOINTED FROM 14 JULY 2017 Jane Ann was born in Edinburgh and has an MA and a BSc from the University of St Andrews. She is a former IT professional with a variety of financial institutions, and has been an elected representative for St Andrews for 13 years. |
