How to Donate

Our museums are a real reflection of the people of Fife. You help make them what they are, with over 90% of collections having been donated by members of the public.



If you have something you think would be of interest to us for Fife’s museum and gallery collections we would love to hear from you. Please send us an email or ask at your local museum to find out more.

Once you have made an enquiry, we will give you an answer as soon as we can. If we are unable to accept your offer for the permanent collection, then we may be able to suggest another museum that you could contact.



We also collect items for our lending collections for schools and community groups if you are happy for your items to be used in this way.

Please note, we cannot undertake to display items permanently.
